straight from the freezer, i defrosted leftover ragu i had made in my early days in edinburgh, added a bit of wine and served with linguine and some parmesan shavings. would/could count as fast food, save for the fact that i still havent figured out how to defrost things in any reasonable amount of time without a microwave......
