mushroom leek ravioli with cheese garlic bread
I decided it was time to eat some ravioli that i'd made last month. I choose the mushroom/leek/garlic ones. Tossed in a simple shallot, thyme, butter, wine sauce. I mixed one of the homemade pizza doughs with garlic and cheese, but the attempted garlic-bread didn't fully hit expectations. that's ok. the ravioli were good.
