scott's nachos. current version includes doritos hint 'o lime tortilla chips, fresh seeded and chopped tomatoes, scallions, and the all important jalapeno chile. the chile put these bad-boys over the top- worth it, even though my eyes stung every time i scratched them for the next few hours. tip: wear rubber gloves if you've got them when working with hot chiles.
