covered chicken in chilli powder, s/p, and curry powder and grilled (turned out just like the oven-mix chicken from my childhood-- kinda gross).

with watercress, orange segments, brussels sprouts, and russet apples (firm, almost smokey-sweet apples I found in tesco's).
